With over 25 years of demonstrated success in managing, growing, and spearheading large and strategic programs in IT, healthcare and life sciences, Celia Sandhya Daniels (She/They) has worked with Fortune 500 companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, Amgen, Gilead, Genentech, IQVIA, United Health, Americhoice and BlueCross.
As a trusted advisor, my expertise spans a wide range of program management areas, including change management, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives for both IT and business programs.
I provide guidance on systemic, structural and behavioral improvements, successfully implementing several DEI programs tailored to LGBTQ+ individuals and those with disabilities. My focus has been on promoting health equity, talent acquisition, and compliance within these initiatives. Moreover, I have conducted numerous workshops to foster diversity across the domains of providers, payers, and clinical trials.
As a gender non-binary transgender woman, I leverage my personal and professional experiences to educate, empower, and advocate for underrepresented individuals, people with disabilities, and transgender and gender non-binary individuals in both the community and the workplace in the United States and India.
Martin Stark (He/Him) aka The Courage Champion, is a Two-time LinkedIn Top LGBTQIA+ Voice, and Entrepreneur. Martin is a leading inspirational speaker who advises on making an impact and achieving business success on LinkedIn—a trailblazer who encourages people, teams, and organizations to employ courage as a habit.
Featured in CNN, The Guardian, BBC World, ABC and SBS News. He has delivered keynotes for LinkedIn, Transport NSW, TikTok, Commonwealth Bank, Waverley College, Transport NSW, and NRMA.
Martin is the Founder and CEO of the World Gay Boxing Championships, which he set up to increase LGBTQIA+ participation, and lead change in the sport. Martin delivered the world’s first boxing competition for the LGBTQIA+ community as part of Sydney WorldPride and is taking WGBC to Chicago.
Martin is also a seasoned commercial negotiator with 15 years of experience as an IT Procurement Leader. He was diagnosed with Addison’s disease in 2006 shortly after having been placed in two induced comas and living through his worst fear – a tracheotomy. His near-death experiences have driven him to lead the positive changes he wants to see in the world.
