Her "Bathroom to Boardroom" advocacy focuses on educating and empowering the LGBTQ+ community, spanning across public and private sectors, as well as medical and academic institutions.
As an Asian Indian trans woman raised in a conservative family in southern India, Celia writes and speaks passionately about her personal struggles and challenges within her family, work, and community, both in the US and India.
As a health equity ambassador, she has established an ecosystem of alliances to foster trust within the medical community. Her efforts center on advocating for underserved communities, removing barriers in clinical trials, and combating the stigma and discrimination faced by LGBTQ+ people of color who are disproportionately affected by mental health conditions and HIV/AIDS.

Martin is also a seasoned commercial negotiator with 15 years of experience as an IT Procurement Leader. He was diagnosed with Addison’s disease in 2006 shortly after having been placed in two induced comas and living through his worst fear – a tracheotomy. His near-death experiences have driven him to lead the positive changes he wants to see in the world.
